Amanda Wong was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. While completing her undergraduate degree studying Microbiology and Immunology, she worked with Dr. Alexander Wyatt at the Vancouver Prostate Centre as a co-op student and was first introduced to Urology. During her clinical years of medical school at UBC, she was drawn to the specialty’s potential to significantly improve patients’ quality of life. Amanda is thrilled to have the opportunity to train with a phenomenal team of world-class surgeons in BC. Outside of medicine, Amanda enjoys singing, the outdoors, filling a minimum weekly quota of sushi, and playing with her new puppy!
