Colin Davey was born and raised in Vancouver, yet due to his schooling has not lived in Vancouver since 2011. Colin completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. Since then he has slowly been making his way back west with a stop in Calgary to complete his Masters in Exercise Physiology and most recently graduating from the University of British Columbia’s Northern Medical Program in Prince George. Colin initially became interested in Urology while working on a prehabilitation project for kidney transplant recipients and has subsequently been inspired by the breadth of the specialty and diverse patient encounters. Outside of medicine Colin enjoys a variety of activities including running, golfing, ice hockey, squash, hiking and anything ski related. Colin is excited to be back close to family (including his 6 nieces and nephews) and have the opportunity to continue to explore British Columbia!
